    Hi All

    I want to thank everyone who has wished me well on becoming the GD for the Conceptual Photography Gallery. Its an exciting new challenge for me and I am very much looking forward to getting stuck in.

    I now have tons of new watchers and its going to be impossible to get around to thank you all because of the current spam problem. So please accept my thank you here and I promise I will try and get round to as many of your galleries as possible.

    You will see some blank journals crop up from me which I intend to use a little later on. Please just ignore them.

    Some nice features and the piece on Lee Miller was rather good indeed, I attended a talk by her son a few months ago when the Miller/Picasso exhibition was in Edinburgh. Was rather interesting indeed.

    Anthony Penrose seems a really intriguing character. I envy his discovery, but possibly not his childhood. I am hoping to get up to Farley farm in the summer its only a few miles from where I live and in the Summer it opens up both the Lee Miller and the Penrose archive.
