This is a version of the primary shot I used for Beach Dancer IX.
The scene is the west coast of Scotland looking out from the town of Ayr as a new weather front moved in and pushed these storm clouds in land. I have a few more versions of this that show the Isle of Skye in the background and will possibly post one of them soon. They all need quite a bit of post editing as the contrasting light was too much of a challenge for me and my camera when it came down to accurate metering. I did try an hdr shot. But hdr clouds just look too unnatural for my taste. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
